Most of what we currently do and focus on is deeply rooted in our more than 25 years of experience in HR management and leadership development work in large organisations, but just as much driven by our personal life experiences as human beings. Recently, our Global Spring projects have led us to explore the meaning of leadership trust; this led to the development of a management game that enables others to learn about trust in leader relations and deepens our insights around this topic. We are currently working on additional services applying game thinking to leadership and personal development.
