Who we are
Imason Consulting (founded in 2000 by Carine Metselaar) and Imason HR (founded in 2006 by Anja Docter) provide services in the areas of HR consulting, executive coaching and interim management. We focus on the development of talent and leadership, and we have particular expertise in the area of providing support for organizations in the HR aspects of outsourcing processes. We sincerely believe that in the next few decades, sustainable business development and competitive advantage will not be feasible without focused investment into human and intellectual capital. Our fundamental objective is to contribute to the development of organizations that are seriously committed to the development of human business. We bring many years of experience to our work with clients, developed through a variety of roles and within a broad range of professional environments.
