Anja Docter (1965) has more then 25 years of experience in the professional services industry, ICT services and health care. Anja has completed several postgraduate programs in human resource management and business administration and has a Master of Science degree in Educational Science.
She started her career with Randstad and subsequently worked as an operational manager with a service provider in the health care industry. In 1998 Anja joined Moret, Ernst & Young, where she worked as a senior HR consultant. Prior to the founding of Imason HR, she worked as an HR manager for Capgemini Academy and Capgemini Outsourcing, where she also took on the role of HR stream leader for outsourcing projects.
As an interim manager and consultant, Anja’s roles vary from Head of Learning and Development to HR project manager and L&D projectmanager.
As co-founder of Global Spring, she initiates and manages not-for-profit projects (see Global Spring page). Within Imason, she develops management games for young leaders.
Anja likes to contribute to achieving tangible and visible results by combining a business-driven view with a human development orientation.
